Born and raised in Monaco, Max Dekkers embodies a truly European identity and a multicultural outlook, strengthened by his fluency in French, English, German and Italian. From an early stage, he developed a strong passion for real estate, a sector in which he has built a career of more than 15 years, marked by diversity and high standards.

Over the years, his career has encompassed a wide variety of roles: market analyst, asset manager within a family office, director of a major international real estate network, and later director at a property development company serving some of Monaco’s most prominent real estate families. These roles have given him an in-depth understanding of the market and its key players, while building a global vision of the industry, from asset management to large-scale development strategies.

Today, as Director of Dameno | Monaco Real Estate, Max applies this expertise to the benefit of the agency and its clients. Convinced that the success of every property project lies in rigour, transparency and close relationships, he is committed to providing tailored support that combines strategic insight with lasting trust.
