Agency Fees for Rentals in Monaco

In Monaco, rental fees are also standardized. Whether the property is unfurnished, furnished, residential, or commercial, agency fees are equally shared between landlord and tenant:

• 10% excl. tax of the annual rent paid by the landlord

• 10% excl. tax of the annual rent paid by the tenant

These fees cover property visits, tenant file review, lease drafting, check-in and check-out inspections, communication with the building manager or landlord, and all administrative procedures related to the rental.
