Business Management Agreements

For business or industrial management contracts, agency fees are calculated based on the total contract duration, up to a maximum of three years: 

• 5% excl. tax on the total amount paid by the owner 

• 5% excl. tax paid by the manager

This type of contract allows an entrepreneur to operate a business without owning it, in exchange for a management fee, while legal ownership remains with the titleholder.
